4.0"Recommendations: All new maintenance/extended warranty members should be told that it is best to make an appointment in lieu of the drop off box. Observation: If I had one complaint, it would be that my first encounter with the service department was a little stressed. When I received my phone call from the services department about my dropped off for service vehicle he was a little stressed because he said they had a lot scheduled appointment cars to service and that he was not sure how my car was going to fit into the process for today. I could feel annoyance in his tone of voice which made me stress. After having a moment to think about what he said I called back about a half of an hour later for clarification. I wanted to know if my Mini would be serviced today. He asked me to hold and he would check. He returned to the phone and told me that they were servicing the car now. I was truly relieved. 1.0"went in for just a state inspection and a free oil change and ended up costing us $500 plus they did not do the state inspection until after the service was done and then informed us we needed new tires to pass the state inspection. We sold the Mini the very next day and bought a new car from another dealer and a different brand of car. The mini was our 3rd BMW and our 7th car from Checkered Flag." I thought for sure it was going to stay overnight but I was surprised when they called me and told me it was finished early! Everything that was done on the car was explained to me.
