I had the best experience at checkered flag BMW! I went in ready to give up hope on my car search and Mauricio helped me find my absolute dream car. He was so knowledgeable and kind throughout the whole experience. Buying a car can be so stressful but, my family and I are super appreciative for all that Mauricio did to take care of us!

Great experience from the beginning. Mauricio helped us and he delivered. We went not expecting good results and Mauricio, and the Checkered Flag team, did everything in their hands to help us. We couldn’t be happier with the results and were able to bring home our X5, and with a great price. Mauricio was very patient with us and always treated us with a smile. We are very grateful for all his assistance and we will definitely recommend BMW Checkered Flag to anyone. Thank you Mauricio and Checkered Flag team.

Great buying experience. My sale associate, Mauricio, was very knowledgeable and professional. I love the transparent purchasing process where you can see all the transactions going on the TV screen in front of you. The process was smooth and pleasant and I love my new BMW!

When I finally called them back to ... Read More

The staff told me a deposit wasn't necessary and promised to send a video walk-around of the vehicle instead. I waited patiently for the video, which never arrived. When I finally called them back to follow up on their broken promises, I was bluntly informed that the car had been sold. Turning down a deposit from a ready buyer and completely failing to communicate shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for a customer's time. I do not recommend doing business here.

I was requesting information as to whether or not a critical repair was made on a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited was replaced, as I was interested in buying the vehicle. Both Jessica Jones and Tanisha G. inform me via text that they would find out and get back to me on the situation. Or at least have somebody else get back to me. I never heard back. I stopped in today to check on it as I couldn't get response. And come to find out the truck has been sold. It still shows online that's available, but apparently the guy ... Read More

It still shows online that's available, but apparently the guy put deposit and it is being held until a part comes in. It can be very frustrating when you are trying to find a very specific vehicle. When you finally find it, you are prevented from buying it because of lack of information that you already requested.
