Mauricio made the process seamless and didn’t hassle me to make any extra purchases. I did end up making a couple small add ons (not normally something I do) but it was because he made the process easy. He made an effort to understand what was important to me in the car buying process. He even calmed any worries I had about changing vehicles from what I was previously driving.
