On Wed Jan 9...I had a maintenance service on my car. I was informed that the cost for repairs far exceeded the value of my car. I was at a crossroad. Mike Lawson introduced me to Ms. Sabrina Galarza. I was not in the mood for purchasing a vehicle, but I had a passion for BMWs. Ms. Galarza not only was selling a car, she sold herself. Her passion and ability to make me feel comfortable and assured that she has my best interest at heart...made the difference. If I had not met her, I know I would have left BMW without the car of my dream. Ms. Galarza heart is made of gold, and i appreciate that. If a dealer can first ensure the customer is their friend, the selling the car is secondary. Its establishing the relationship that counts. Cars will come and go. There is a Greek word "koinonia" which means "fellowship". This is what I experienced. I am eternally grateful for meeting and speaking with a dealer who share their heart and soul. I've been with BMW since 2005. I have always been treated with dignity and respect. It is self evident that Ms. Galarza has a passion. I would follow her anywhere. BMW is blessed to have her on Staff. Trust and loyalty means a lot. I cherish her heart and wish her in all her endeavors. Ms. Galarza is my Shero. She came at the right time and I will forever be grateful. Today I smile, tomorrow I smile. I hope Ms. Galarza is smiling. She made a difference in my life.

I love the Mimis. Fast take off and great visibility. i'm a small person so visibility is always an issue in other cars. Service is great. I LOVE that they give you a free latest model loaner car when your car is in for service. Yesica and the other people are helpful, pleasant and patient.
